Mcdo Sure knows how to satisfy their customers (this is a statement of sarcasm). I think mcdo's understanding of customer satisfaction is starving their customers.
We had our graduation practice a while ago and the canteen didn't serve lunch. So the fourth year students had to get their food somewhere else. And since we were not allowed to get out of the campus, we decided to order food. Some called jollibee, while the others called Mcdo for delivery. The people who ordered from jollibee got their food in more or less 30 minutes. While the mcdo delivery took a lot of time just for the confirmation of the orders. Since mcdo's has a centralized way of taking orders for deliveries, instead of forwarding the orders to a branch nearest to our school, Pisay which is in mintal, they forwarded the orders to the damosa branch which is like an hour away from mintal. How stupid is that?! Eventually my batchmates decided to cancel their orders. What a waste of time and effort. Sana naman ayusin nila ang sistema nila. Ginugutom nila customers nila eh.. This is Based on a True Story, haha!:)
