Mcdo's view of customer satisfaction

Mcdo Sure knows how to satisfy their customers (this is a statement of sarcasm). I think mcdo's understanding of customer satisfaction is starving their customers.

We had our graduation practice a while ago and the canteen didn't serve lunch. So the fourth year students had to get their food somewhere else. And since we were not allowed to get out of the campus, we decided to order food. Some called jollibee, while the others called Mcdo for delivery. The people who ordered from jollibee got their food in more or less 30 minutes. While the mcdo delivery took a lot of time just for the confirmation of the orders. Since mcdo's has a centralized way of taking orders for deliveries, instead of forwarding the orders to a branch nearest to our school, Pisay which is in mintal, they forwarded the orders to the damosa branch which is like an hour away from mintal. How stupid is that?! Eventually my batchmates decided to cancel their orders. What a waste of time and effort. Sana naman ayusin nila ang sistema nila. Ginugutom nila customers nila eh.. Ang tanga rin naman ng pagforward nila ng orders. Kawawa naman ang batchmates ko na umasang makakakain sila ng masarap na food. Kahit pa masarap eh kung mamamatay ka muna sa gutom bago dadating ang food wag na lang. Ayus ayusin niyo naman yan mcdo. Malas niyo rin sa amin yun nangyari.. Wag magagalit ang mga mcdo fans jan kasi totoong pangyayari po ito... This is Based on a True Story, haha!:)

hahay.. these past few days i've been very 'iritable' I don't know why but often times i'm not in the mood to talk. Siguro depress lang ako sa mga happenings sa buhay ko. nakaka buwisit pa, cause when I got home, my sister and mom were fighting. hay naku, grabeng pagkainis talaga ang nafeel ko towards my sister. Two days a week nalang nga ako nasabahay, yun pa makikita ko. Ok lang naman na ipagtanggol mo sarili mo eh. Sana lang wag sumobra-sobra na pati ang ibang taong hindi kasali ay inaaway mo na rin. Sana rin wag umabot sa point na hindi mo na nirirespeto ang parents mo. alalahanin mong wala silang ibang inisip kundi ang kapakanan mo. eh kung hindi edi hindi ka na sana nabuhay. Engot ka pala eh! Kaya sa lahat nang mga rebelde jan, ilagay niyo po mga sarili niyo sa tamang lugar. hindi yung pakalat-kalat lang kayo. Wag kayo maging 'Feeling kawawa' at 'inaapi'. kulang lang kayo sa pansin eh. at higit sa lahat, wag niyong sasabihan ng bad word ang parents mo in their faces. Isipin niyo naman ang mga taong nasasaktan niyo. napaguusapan naman yang issues at problems niyo with your parents eh. Kung iniisip niyong hindi nila kayo naiintindihan at iniintindi, maisip niyo rin sana kung iniintindi niyo ba sila at ang lahat ng pressure na pinagdadaanan nila para buhayin kayo. Call me emo but i just won't give a damn about what you think. I'm not the 'Perfect' daughter but at least I'm not a bad one. This is just a mere expression of my opinions and feelings.

I passed the UP exam!! whaaaaaaa!!!!!! hindi ko talaga napigilang umiyak nung nabasa ko sa cecilemaris.com ang aking pangalan. My course is Industrial Engineering (quota course. yahu!) and sa UP-dil ang aking campus. hehe.. :) sayang lang kasi parang hindi namin kaya financially kung dun pa ako mag aaral. haay.. buhay pobre.. oki lang naman sa akin eh. kahit saan naman ako magaral ok lang. nasa tao naman yan , wala sa school. congrats pala sa lahat nang pumasa!

Kaninang 8 am, I checked the site of admu to find out if i passed the acet. nung na type ko na ung aking full name, Walang pangalan na lumabas. So I assumed that i didn't pass the test. I was really down kasi, kahit imposibleng maka aral ako dun may pride rin naman ako. Nakakahiya naman kung di ako pumasa. Buti na lang, ginawang stat message ni yoni yung kanyang acet result. Sinubukan kong itype ung name niya tapos walang name na lumabas. Dun ko na nalaman na down pala ang data base ng site ng admu (nakakainis talaga). Kaya ayun at nabuhayan ulit ako ng loob kasi may chance pa pala ako. ;p nung mga 11pm, tiningnan ko ulit kung ok na ba yung database. nung pagsearch ko ng name ko, lumabas dun ang name ko at yung iba pang info. I passed the acet at yung course ko is Bs Bio. Kaya nga lang ndi ako pumasa sa scholarship... Haay.. Sayang, gusto ko pa naman sana mag premed sa admu. may medicine track kasi ang Bs Bio nila.. Well, mahirap na talaga maging mahirap.. Di tlga namin maafford eh..

to all my friends who has been with me through thick and thin, just want to say that I love you all. You have always been there for me. I know this is kind of emo but i have realized that graduation is in more or less 3 months and i have never told all of you how i appreciate and treasure you guys.

to my music friends: I really had fun with you guys. There are no dull moments with you. You are the people that i could really connect and relate to. Not only that, you also gave me inspiration to be the person that i want to be and to follow my heart without hesitations.

The writers are on strike. If this strike goes on for forever, we might never see our favorite shows. Currently most of the shows have been suspended due to the strike. Have you noticed that etc have been airing the old "Tonight's show with Jay Leno". I'm a big fan of American TV shows. I don't want the shows to be canceled just because the greedy studios. A small increase of the percentage that the writers will get from the DVDs that the studios sell isn't too much. The writers have been doing their best to entertain us and they deserve to be paid well.

The writers, fans and actors have united to save the future of the showbiz industry. One of the actors that joined the strike is Masi Oka (Hiro) of Heroes. What the writers want is for them to be paid fairly.

My sister introduced the band to me and at first, i thought that copeland was just an emo band that had really corny lyrics. PAKAPIN...

UpDharmaDown is a really good band. Their songs are somewhat melancholic but artistic..
They usually use gadgets for the guitars and also the keyboard (gadgets are something that you connect to your electric guitar that make your guitar sound weird but cool).. I've always wanted to buy one but it's kinda expensive and i really don't have a lot of money(not a rich kid). For those who are interested, there are lots of kinds of gadgets. There's tremolo, delay, distortion etc. If your not rich and your the kind of person who has to really save before you can buy anything, you can buy these individually but if your really a spoiled rich kid , you can buy a gadget that has at least 10 kinds of sounds in it. And if you think that the connections from your guitar to your amps is a big hassle, then try using a wireless cord. Can you believe it? It's amazing! even an electric guitar can be wireless! And i heard of this thing called synthesizers, (not sure of the spelling) and if you'd like to go pro as a musician and create good music, you can try to use it (mong of chicosi is using this). Definition from wikipedia: A synthesizer is generally any kind of electronic musical instrument, or electronic device capable of producing or manipulating audio tones, such as musical notes, through audio signal processing. Well, i hope you've learned something here.

Poser (Poseur) : Someone who acts like his cool, who tries hard to fit in but never really does, someone who tried too hard to be something, a sad creature cursed to be alone for the rest of his life unless he finds himself his own identity.

How to spot a poser?

1. Wears too much of something he wants to be.
My biggest example would be the rocker kids who think they rock but don't know hell about music! They say they are hardcore, emo, punk, when actually they aren't! I was hanging out one day at my vacant time in school when a group of kids- guys have the same hairdo, the one sided haircut, each of them had a piercing on their lips, so typical emo. The girls wore black and striped blouses, skinny jeans, chucks or vans and were wearing too many black o=rings on their hands. I overheard them talking about how much they so didn't like My chemical Romance because they became mainstream, and how they were so in love with the new band that came out, Paramore, they were even singing the lyrics and boasting that they were musicians, that's really a crappy statement. I hate those kind of people.

Hey guys!! I'm a new blogger and my major inspirations are music and culture.

As a proud tausug, I would just like to share our beautiful music and culture...

Kalangan is Tausug vocal music. It can be divided into narrative and lyric songs, and further into the lugu and the paggabang traditions. The luguh traditio-n denotes unaccompanied religious songs, while the paggabang tradition applies to "more mundane" songs that are accompanied by the gabbang and biyula.

Narrative songs tell a story and include all the sung kissa like the parang sabil. Lyric songs express ideas and feelings and consist of the langan batabata (children's songs), the baat (occupational songs), the baat caallaw and pangantin (funeral and bridal songs, respectively), the tarasul (sung poems), the sindil (sung verbal jousts), the liangkit (from langkit or "chained"), and the sangbay or song to accompany the dalling-dalling dance.
The langan batabata are more specifically lulla-bies.
